Application Payment
After you have submitted an application, you must pay $49 for each adult before we can process it.
If you are NOT approved, or do not rent from us, we will NOT refund it.
We are easy on credit problems, but not on criminal history, and prior evictions.
Your application fee is processed securely through Gumroad, so the charge on your credit card statement will appear from Gumroad.
